Predictable Before Production
Review case records, tooth setup, occlusion and base design before manufacturing begins.
Times Dental Lab provides custom printed full dentures for dental clinics and laboratories worldwide. Our digital denture workflow combines case review, digital tooth setup, client approval, 3D printing and structured quality control. Approved case files can also be preserved to support future replacement and reproduction.

Why digital dentures
A digital workflow does more than improve production. It creates a reusable case record that supports faster replacement, clearer communication and more consistent results.

Scans, tooth setup and approved design files can be preserved as a connected digital record. If a denture is lost, damaged or needs to be reproduced, the existing design provides a reliable starting point—without rebuilding the entire case workflow from zero.
Review case records, tooth setup, occlusion and base design before manufacturing begins.
Confirm the digital setup and record requested changes before the case enters production.
Use the approved digital design to support a controlled and repeatable 3D-printing workflow.
Keep case inputs, approvals, production details and quality records connected.

Large-format evidence helps buyers identify the material, compatible system and available shades without relying on generic claims.

Production route
FortiArch Crown & Bridge 2.0 resin contains more than 53% ceramic filler, combining high strength with excellent aesthetics. Its 60% light transmittance recreates the natural translucency of teeth, while clinically suitable X-ray opacity supports post-restoration diagnosis.

Production route
EZPRINT High-Impact Denture Base Resin combines high strength with excellent toughness to resist fractures during long-term intraoral use. Its low shrinkage accurately reproduces the digital design and helps the denture base maintain dimensional stability. After polishing, it achieves a durable, high-gloss finish with natural aesthetics, making it a reliable choice for denture bases.
Case journey
Three clear stages—from case review and design approval to production, final QC and shipping.
Case requirements
Complete records reduce clarification rounds before setup and production.
The approved digital setup and relevant case files can be preserved to support future reproduction. Before remanufacturing, Times will review the original records, current clinical conditions and material availability. A new scan or updated record may be required if the patient's oral condition has changed.
Please provide the prescription, upper and lower scans or models, bite records, available clinical photographs, tooth shade, base shade and any relevant existing-denture records. Our team will review the submission and identify any missing information.
Yes. The digital setup can be sent for review before manufacturing. You can check the tooth arrangement, midline, smile line, occlusion and other requested details. Production begins after the required approval is recorded.
No. The need for a try-in depends on the clinical records, case complexity and your instructions. Times will confirm the recommended workflow after reviewing the case.
Turnaround depends on record completeness, design approval, try-in requirements, case complexity and delivery destination. Times will confirm the estimated schedule after reviewing the case.
Please send clear photographs, updated scans where available, and a description of the issue. Times will review the feedback against the prescription, approved design and production records before recommending an adjustment, remake or updated case submission.
Times Dental Lab can support both digital and physical case submissions. You can send intraoral scans, STL files, impressions, models, bite records, shade photos, implant components, and case instructions based on the product type.
If you are not sure which material or workflow is suitable, our team can review your case information and provide practical suggestions.
