In just a few hours, we will bid farewell to 2024 and welcome the hopeful year of 2025. As we say goodbye to the old year and welcome the new, I am honored to join you in reflecting on the past and looking to the future.

Despite numerous challenges, we have made significant progress this year thanks to the collective efforts of all our employees:
- Production expansion: The commissioning of new production lines has significantly increased our capacity.
- Artificial Intelligence Integration: Artificial intelligence (AI) and robotics have been seamlessly integrated into our daily operations. As a devoted user of AI, I am proud to announce that this presentation was co-authored with ChatGPT. AI has significantly improved my efficiency in handling emails and customer communications. Furthermore, many tasks have been fully delegated to AI, freeing up more time for me to focus on complex decision-making and strategic planning.
- RPA Implementation: Our international sales team's use of the RPA system is a vivid example of this transformation. Tasks that used to take hours, such as data entry, can now be completed in less than a minute with extremely high accuracy. Even more exciting is the system's ability to self-optimize using accumulated data, continuously improving efficiency while reducing manual intervention. This not only frees up our team's time but also enables us to engage more deeply with customers, significantly improving customer satisfaction.
- Technological advancements: From digitizing handmade wax models to establishing dedicated zirconia and imaging production lines, our production processes are more scientific and efficient than ever before.
- Streamlined Management: We redefined middle-level performance indicators by simplifying KPIs, making management more focused and clear.
- Quality Improvement: Through all these optimizations, our product quality has been significantly improved, external return rates have decreased, and business with both new and existing customers has grown steadily.
These achievements are thanks to the hard work and wisdom of every colleague, who transformed uncertainty into certainty.
Looking ahead to 2025
2025 is a year full of uncertainties, but also full of opportunities. With the transformation of the economic landscape and the advancement of the technological revolution, the world order is undergoing tremendous changes, and every challenge also contains opportunities.

In 2024, despite numerous challenges, we still made solid progress thanks to the joint efforts of all employees:
- With the new production line in operation, production capacity has increased significantly.
- Artificial intelligence (AI) and robotics have quietly permeated our daily work. I myself am a heavy user of AI technology. This presentation is the result of collaborative thinking between myself and ChatGPT. AI assistance has made me more efficient in handling emails and customer service messages, while some tasks have been completely handled by AI, freeing up more time for me to focus on more complex decision-making and strategic planning.
- Our RPA system, used by our foreign trade team, is a key example of this transformation. What used to take hours to input orders now takes less than a minute, with extremely high accuracy. Even more impressively, the system continuously optimizes itself with accumulated data, becoming increasingly efficient, requiring less human intervention, and capable of flexibly handling complex orders. This not only frees up the customer service team's time but also allows them to engage in deeper communication with customers, significantly improving customer service efficiency.
- Furthermore, robotics technology has already entered our workplaces and will become even more widespread in the future. It's fair to say we are standing at the forefront of technological change, a journey full of possibilities and excitement.
- Production process technology upgrade: From the digital transformation of handmade wax models to the establishment of a full-line, high-efficiency image production line, our production is more scientific.
- At the same time, we revised the performance evaluation indicators for middle-level managers and implemented a simplified KPI system, making management more focused and the direction clearer.
- Thanks to the above optimizations, our product quality has significantly improved, our return rate has decreased, and our performance with both new and existing customers has increased year-on-year.
These achievements are the result of the hard work and wisdom of every person of virtue; they are the result of finding certainty in uncertainty.
Looking to the future
2025 is full of unknowns and possibilities. Geopolitical turmoil is brewing, and the technological revolution is making a comeback. But every crisis is the prelude to opportunity.
The company will continue to spare no effort in doing the following:
1. We will continue to strictly implement standardized operations and do things right the first time, which will reduce rework time and improve efficiency.
2. Driven by digital transformation, we will deeply integrate AI and new productivity technologies . AI will not replace humans, but those who "know how to use AI" will redefine industry rules. We will further promote AI applications and invest more in the production of smart device casings to respond to customer needs with more efficient and precise services.
3. Strengthen the development of talent pool , improve the training system , promote outstanding internal talents, make the best use of everyone's talents, and build a highly effective team.
